Booking Information

  • Bookings are from Thursday to Thursday

  • Short breaks and half term holidays are considered on an individual basis

  • One-third of the total rental fee is required as a deposit at time of booking

  • Full balance is to be paid two weeks prior to occupation

  • Bed linen and towels are not provided but duvets and pillows are

  • A cot and high chair are available

  • Non-smoking property

  • Pets welcome by arrangement (1 only)

Cancellations

Should less than four weeks notice be given, the tenant is liable for the total rental unless the bungalow is re-let.
